Etang Neuf arts centre

THE PAINTING WORKSHOP
The painting studio bears the name of André Sallé. He was a painter and sculptor who lived at Etang-Neuf. He was awarded the Grand Prix de Rome in 1924.
Professional artists offer courses for all levels all year round.
Participants are welcomed on the banks of the pond in a specially adapted area equipped with all the necessary equipment.
Artistic discovery workshops are offered for children on Wednesday afternoons and during the school holidays.

THE LIVANDOUR GALLERY:
This exhibition space is located on the ground floor of an old house opposite the entrance to the Musée de la Résistance en Argoat.
Acquired by the Kreiz Breizh intermunicipality, the house was completely renovated in 2021, enabling the Étang-Neuf centre to be extended.
The art gallery, whose name "Livandour" means "the colour of water", is part of the centre's approach to artistic and cultural education in rural areas.
The artists' work provides a more contemporary perspective, complementing and extending what is on offer in the museum. Free admission.
