Rando-Yoga
Set off to discover the most beautiful landscapes of the country of Rohan and their history while taking care of yourself! A moment shared between hiking and yoga, 3 stages are offered to you:
Hiking: go for a guided hike lasting 1 to 1 hours.
Yoga Initiation: take the time to reconnect in an idyllic and peaceful setting. In the middle of nature, supervised by a qualified yoga teacher, discover yoga for 1 hour.
Picnic: we invite you to bring your own picnic to extend this friendly moment.
Open to everyone from 12 years old – Group of 12 people maximum.
Only by reservation at the Tourist Office before the Saturday preceding the visit.
Bring shoes and clothing suitable for walking and the weather, as well as water to hydrate. Yoga equipment is provided.
