Journées du patrimoine – Eglise Notre Dame de Toute Aide

rue Aimé Jéglot Les Forges 56120 Forges de Lanoué
The volunteers of the “Mémoires et Patrimoines des Forges” association on site will be happy to show you the ornamental richness of this church. Notre-Dame-de-Toute-Aide, built in 1760, was initially a chapel, that of the Château des Forges de Lanoué. It became a parish church in 1883, it was enlarged in 1889 and 1895 to better accommodate the faithful. This church is richly decorated, it houses a beautiful stained glass window and a statue of Saint Eloi, patron saint of blacksmiths. The church, as the chapel of the Château des Forges, is listed as a historic monument by decree of August 24, 2007. From 14 p.m. to 17 p.m.
