About

Stéphanie Odic has been a farmer-baker in Neulliac since 2017.
She transforms the cereals grown at GAEC Le Jéloux into bread. This 40-hectare mixed farm has been organic by instinct for 40 years, producing potatoes for seed and consumption, maize, beans and various cereals.
The bread is made on the farm with wheat from a mixture of old and new varieties grown on the farm, then stone-ground to preserve its richness in nutrition and taste; water filtered by reverse osmosis, which improves the taste and eliminates pollutants, giving the bread its full value; Guérande sea salt, natural sourdough, linseed, sesame seed, poppy seed, chocolate chips and hazelnuts; wood fires to heat the bakehouse, which comes from the farm's precious hedgerows.

Products: plain bread, meslin bread, chocolate-hazelnut bread, seeded bread. Depending on the season: Burgers, brioche, gingerbread, etc.
Potatoes and flour in kg or 5 kg sizes are also available to order.
