Stéphanie Odic is a farmer-baker based in Neulliac since 2017.
She transforms into bread the cereals grown at GAEC Le Jéloux, a 40Ha organic mixed farming farm by instinct for 40 years, where seed and consumption potatoes, corn, beans and various cereals are produced.
The bread is made on the farm with wheat from mixtures of old and recent varieties produced on site, then ground on a stone mill to preserve its nutritional and taste richness; water filtered by reverse osmosis, which improves taste quality and eliminates pollutants and thus restores its value; sea ​​salt from Guérande, natural sourdough, flax, sesame, poppy seeds, chocolate chips, hazelnuts; wood fire to heat the bakery made from the farm's precious hedges.

Products: plain bread, meslin, chocolate-hazelnuts, seeds. Depending on the season: burger buns, brioche, gingerbread…
But also on order potatoes and flour in kg or 5 kg.
