Nestling deep in the hills, Lac de Guerlédan stretches its length through the Blavet Valley. Each meander reveals a different facet of its personality. It's the perfect place for family walks and swims, but also the perfect playground for hikers, trail runners and water sports enthusiasts.

In the heart of central Brittany, Lac de Guerlédan is the result of the construction of a hydroelectric dam on the river Blavet. The lake was created in 1930, making it the largest artificial lake in Brittany, with a surface area of 304 hectares, a length of 12 kilometres and a depth of 45 metres at the foot of the dam.
