Le Guerledan Lake is the largest artificial lake in Brittany, nestled in the hollow of hills, submerging the lock-keeping life of yesteryear since its impoundment in 1930. This identity landscape of our Central Brittany is the ideal place for many activities in the great outdoors! Prepare a hike lake tour or take the other circuits around.

Every year, many hikers and runners travel along its well-trodden paths for a 40 km tour! On the program, adrenaline, breathtaking landscapes, and freshness at the water's edge.

For the more adventurous, the 40 km hike can be done in a day, with a departure at dawn and an arrival in the evening, mixing all the colors that nature offers us in the space of a few hours.

For the more contemplative, the tour extends over 2 or 3 days, enjoying a swim, a moment of relaxation at the water's edge, or a snack. For a well-deserved restful night, between the different stages, accommodation solutions are located near the lake, whether it is a gîte, a B&B or a campsite, you will find the right shoe for you!

To best prepare yourself for your hike, equip yourself with the lake tour map where you will find 7 possible starting points, the different viewpoints and places of interest as well as tourist infrastructures.

Put on your pair of hiking shoes, fill your bottle with cold water, don't forget a little snack to get a boost of energy and set off to explore the trails! To immortalize the most beautiful views, the sites are represented by a pictogram on the map.
