Musée Les Sanglots Longs

Open since 1994, Les Sanglots Longs is a museum which traces the history of the Second World War, from a local and regional but also general point of view. In this context with the smells of yesteryear, the visitor finds himself in England, on the beaches of Normandy, in the “hot” spots of Brittany. A part is also dedicated to TSF radio, from the Galena station until the 50s.
The name of the museum, “Les Sanglots Longs”, refers to the coded messages between the BBC in London and the Resistance.
Open all year round and visits by appointment from October 1 to March 31.
