The Auberge des Cerfs restaurant is open all year round by reservation.

Specialties: homemade deer and wild boar terrines, tournedos and brocket skewers, deer haunch with perry…
The meat offered at the inn comes from animals raised on site (deer, deer, wild boar).
Christine has invented multiple recipes that she adapts to local hues. She has created her own recipes for Kleg-style venison and wild boar terrines which she serves with hot potatoes to enhance the flavors.
Also on site, a shop with take-away sales of fresh and long-life homemade products, dry deer sausage and dry wild boar sausage, retail meat sales (on order).
After lunch at the Inn or before dinner in the summer, you will be able to visit our park where stags, does, fawns, fallow deer and wild boars roam freely.

Open by reservation only for groups: every day except Monday and Sunday evening.
